Gravotech Marking has successfully hosted a virtual exhibition of its 3Design computer-aided design (CAD) software for users around the world.
In partnership with UK distributor Sierra Consultancy and Belgian distributor 3Desc, the event saw attendees from countries like India, China, South America and New Zealand.
No stranger to online demos, Pooja Sahny, director of Sierra Consultancy, said: “Online events gives people the freedom to attend from far and wide. We had attendees from as far as India, China, South America and New Zealand. It was such a great response.
“The digital event was a great experience to showcase all aspects of the software, just like we would at a live exhibition.
“Luc van den Broeck, the Belgian reseller for 3Design, and myself take a personal approach when providing training and support to our customers.
“It is important for clients, old and new, to understand how to build a jewel in CAD correctly from step one.
“We train according to the speed of our clients and ask them to reach out whenever they are stuck.
“Practice makes perfect and there is always more than one way to create a piece. We want them to become the CAD designers they want to be.”
